Specific responsibilities include reviewing complaints and triaging case files, interviewing witnesses, drafting motions and statements of charge, holding compliance conferences, preparing exhibits, negotiating consent orders, and presenting at formal administrative hearings before licensing boards and hearing officers.Position 2: Staff Attorney 2 – Regulatory AdvisorThis attorney will advise program leadership on health law and policy issues to promote compliance with state and federal statutes and regulations, especially in the Infectious Disease and Community and Family Health Branches.
