Position Overview
We are seeking an ambitious, driven early-career professional who is eager to build a meaningful career in environmental consulting. This role offers hands-on exposure to diverse projects across environmental, civil, geotechnical, geostructure, and construction materials testing disciplines, with a strong emphasis on groundwater compliance and environmental work that directly impacts clients and communities. You will work side-by-side with experienced engineers and geologists, gaining real-world field and office experience, developing technical expertise, and progressing toward professional licensure in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. The position is intentionally designed to provide variety and accelerated learning, with approximately 60% office-based technical reporting and up to 40% fieldwork supporting active projects.

Project Planning and Scheduling:
· Contribute to the development of project work plans and schedules by assisting with task breakdown and resource allocation. Learn to track personal progress against project timelines and communicate potential delays to project managers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
· Work effectively as a supportive team member, collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, geologists, and scientists from various disciplines to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget. Learn to contribute to a positive and productive team environment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Performance Analytics:
· Learn to track and report on individual project progress and time utilization. Begin to understand key performance indicators relevant to project efficiency and profitability.
Working Conditions:
· Field assignments require working outdoors in variable weather and site conditions.
· Occasional overnight travel may be necessary.
· Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks as part of fieldwork.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data management tools.
