Staff Accountant
Location: North Bend, WA (Onsite)
Salary: $62,000 - $75,000 annually

Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:

• Prepare and reconcile general ledger accounts and support month-end close activities.
• Assist with payroll processing, payroll tax reporting, and related account reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare recurring accounting reports.
• Support accounts payable processing, invoice review, and payment administration.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and applicable federal and state regulations.
• Assist with audit support and financial documentation as needed.

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience with general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Working knowledge of payroll processing, payroll tax requirements, and accounts payable.
• Experience with ERP systems or accounting software.
