Title: Staff Accountant
Salary: $56,000–$62,000
Location: Boston, MA

Must Haves:
- 1–2 years of accounting experience or strong full-cycle/audit internship experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable supporting biweekly payroll; Sage or Paylocity experience is a plus
Staff Accountant Responsibilities:
- Manage biweekly payroll processing and related journal entries
- Support month-end close and bank/revenue reconciliations
- Prepare contract invoices and recurring general ledger entries
- Record contributions, grants, and other receipts
- Assist with audit preparation and general Finance team reporting
