Staff Accountant


Salary: $60,000–$75,000

Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:

  • Manage high-volume accounts payable and purchase order activity.

  • Complete account and bank reconciliations.

  • Prepare and post journal entries.

  • Support check processing, utility payments, and day-to-day accounting activities.

  • Assist with cost analysis and related accounting needs.


Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:

  • 2+ years of accounting or high-volume AP experience.

  • Accounting degree preferred, with equivalent relevant experience considered.

  • QuickBooks experience is a plus.

  • Healthcare accounting experience is a plus.
