Staff Accountant
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000

Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:
• Manage accounts receivable, cash receipts, and rebate-related transactions
• Process deposits, apply customer payments, and maintain customer accounts
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies and reconciliation issues
• Perform monthly reconciliations of cash, accounts receivable, and rebate accounts
• Prepare reports related to receivables, unapplied cash, and outstanding rebates
• Participate in month-end close activities, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 2-5 years of public accounting or corporate accounting experience
• Strong foundation in accounting principles, debits, and credits
• CPA or CPA-track preferred
• Oracle PeopleSoft or other ERP experience preferred
