  • Technical Skills: Expert Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills are required. Experience working with ERP systems, consolidation software, and collaborative online tools (such as QuickBooks or Planful) is a strong plus.
  • Analytical Capability: Strong problem-solving skills, detail orientation, and an operational aptitude that allows you to easily merge logistical data with financial analysis.
  • Project Management: Exceptional multitasking capabilities, organizational skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership to complete tasks accurately and within strict deadlines.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel on a limited basis throughout the US and Northern Mexico.
  • Compliance: Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder) to comply with corporate and ITAR site regulations.

Our core values - Accountability, Collaboration, and Empowerment (ACE) - are the foundation of how we operate and drive success. You will take ownership of your financial contributions, collaborate with a team that gets stuff done, and be empowered to optimize workflows and pursue bold initiatives that drive our business forward.
