Job Title: Staff Accountant
Salary: $70,000 - $85,000
Location: Boston, MA

Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:

• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare and post journal entries, account reconciliations
• Support revenue recognition (ASC 606) and deferred revenue schedules
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with audits and financial reporting preparation


Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 1–3+ years of accounting experience (SaaS or tech a plus)
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
• Understanding of GAAP and basic revenue recognition concepts
