Job Summary:

Seeking a Sr. Systems Engineer to support Class III implantable neurostimulation systems within the Pelvic Health business. The role focuses on systems engineering, hardware/software interface definition, system integration, verification & validation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2–8 years of Systems Engineering experience
• Strong knowledge of Systems Engineering principles
• Experience with hardware & software interface definition/integration
• System requirements development, functional analysis, and requirements allocation
• System Verification & Validation (V&V)
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, especially with software teams
• Experience leading technical discussions, design reviews, and decision making
• Ability to create and maintain system documentation
• Risk, cost, trade-off, and system analysis experience
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Lead system design refinement and interface definition
• Perform system integration, technical planning, and V&V
• Own system documentation and requirements
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and cross-functional engineering teams
• Support development of implantable medical device systems

Preferred Background:

• Medical device or regulated product development experience
• Implantable device or embedded systems experience

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's preferred)
Work Location: Hybrid (Minimum 4 days onsite/week)
