    Description

    We''re looking for a Senior system development engineer to lead our frontend and full-stack development efforts. In this role, you will design and implement web architecture using React, Node.js, and JavaScript while integrating with ERP systems and AWS components. You''ll establish frontend development standards, lead the transformation of user experiences, and mentor senior engineers across multiple teams. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you''ll solve supply chain technology challenges through developing and maintaining ERP extensions and customizations. Success in this role requires driving complex programs from conception to completion while fostering effective teamwork, communication, and collaboration.     • Architect and lead the development of large-scale frontend applications using React.js and JavaScript
    • Drive technical decisions for frontend architecture across multiple teams and projects
    • Establish frontend development standards, best practices, and architectural patterns
    • Lead the adoption of modern frontend technologies and frameworks
    • Mentor senior engineers and develop frontend technical excellence across teams with UX/UI teams to ensure optimal implementation of design systems
