Description

Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a Sr. Salesforce Developer (Service Cloud & Health Cloud) for their Remote location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Salesforce Sr Developer with 10+ years of Salesforce experience.
  • Develop and implement SFDC integration, API development, Integration solutions to enhance system capabilities and improve business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for SFDC configuration projects.
  • Design and configure SFDC applications to meet the specific needs of the organization.
  • Ensure seamless integration of SFDC with other enterprise systems to optimize data flow and accessibility.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers and team members.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of SFDC solutions to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Maintain and update SFDC configurations to adapt to changing business requirements.
  • Document technical specifications and project progress to ensure transparency and alignment with stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with the latest SFDC technologies and best practices to drive innovation within the team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
  • Support the deployment and maintenance of SFDC solutions in a hybrid work model.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all SFDC-related activities.
  • Design and Development Salesforce Service/ Health Cloud Features LWC, Apex, and Flow.
  • Create custom applications, workflows, and automation using Salesforce tools including Lightning pages, Apex, Lightning Components (AURA/LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
  • Develop user interfaces and integrate Salesforce with external system.
  • Work with business analysts, project managers, client architects, and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
  • Test the stability, functionality, and performance of applications.
  • Troubleshoot issues, debug code, and provide ongoing support for Salesforce systems.
  • Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
  • Hands-on experience with Data Loader for data migration and management
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce deployment processes and best practices
 
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot issues, debug code, and provide ongoing production support for Salesforce systems
  • Experienced in preparing technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides
  • Hands on experience of Service cloud, LWC, Integration, Flows is must.
  • Years of Experience:   10.00 Years of Experience
