A national construction organization is expanding a dedicated aviation business unit with projects across multiple U.S. markets. The team delivers technically demanding airport infrastructure and values experienced leaders who can strengthen client relationships.

Description

* Lead projects from preconstruction through final completion
* Own budget, schedule, contracts, risk, and project execution
* Lead project teams and develop future construction leaders
* Maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners
* Support pursuits and help secure future aviation work

Profile

* Significant aviation construction experience
* Experience managing $100M+ projects, ideally $500M+
* Strong contract, schedule, and financial management skills
* Proven client-facing leadership and communication abilities
* Able to travel and relocate based on project needs

Job Offer

$135K-$200K+ base salary, plus: depending on experience
* 20% annual bonus plus 20% travel compensation
* Bi-weekly subsistence allowance
* Vehicle allowance
