Logistics Insight is hiring a Project Manager to lead robotics and automation initiatives across our warehouse and distribution operations.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll be working directly with real systems and real teams, driving projects from concept through launch and making sure what gets built actually works on the floor.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end automation projects
• Manage timelines, budgets, deliverables
• Coordinate with ops, engineering, vendors
• Oversee installation and system go-live
• Support commissioning and startups
• Identify risks and drive solutions
• Partner with operations on performance
• Drive post-launch improvements

What You Bring

• 3+ years project management experience
• Background in robotics or automation
• Material handling systems exposure
• Strong project execution skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working on the floor
• Strong communication across teams
