    Description

    Amazon Leo seeks to increase global broadband access through a constellation of over 3,000 Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellites. Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities worldwide. At Amazon Leo, we are obsessed with customer trust, and leveraging compliance and assurance as a business enabler.

    In this role you will be responsible for the Business Operations of the Amazon Leo Security Assurance team, covering multiple leaders, projects, and goals. You will be responsible for business rhythms, communication processes, and coordinating updates to leadership on key programs and projects. You will work with managers and stakeholders across the org to define goals, track progress, and work with partners across the company to communicate priorities and escalate issues. You will be responsible for defining, tracking, and driving execution of program documentation and communication deliverables (i.e. the non-engineering artifacts).

    Key job responsibilities

    You will own the mechanisms for the ALSA team, including those that feed into leadership reviews for Amazon Specialized Business Security and Amazon Compliance, Assurance, and Privacy Services.

    You will help drive and standardize P0 metrics across the org, as well as WBR, MBR and QBR reporting.

    You will help own tracking annual goals, as well as the goals setting process.

    You will be the owner of our operational planning creation and review process, which includes workback plans and collaboration with key partners such as Finance and Security teams.

    You will support other key team efforts, including wiki creation, location and hiring strategy, and organizational effectiveness.
