Job Summary

The immediate focus will be on ALC launches within third-party partnerships, including major tier-1 partners such as Amazon and Google, as well as smaller regional streaming/platform partnerships. This person will help drive execution across a combination of global and regional channels, including streaming service launches and related partner rollouts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead execution of third-party partnership launches across global and regional markets
• Support major tier-1 launches as well as smaller regional launch initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functionally with content pipeline, servicing, engineering, and other program/product stakeholders
• Manage launch readiness, risks, dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder communication
• Partner with internal teams to support legacy and in-flight launch experiences
• Operate within the Global PMO structure while flexing to other high-priority cross-functional initiatives as needed

Required Experience:

• 5-8+ years of program/project management experience
• Direct experience in entertainment, media, or streaming required
• Experience leading complex launches such as territory, platform, partner, or channel launches
• Strong background working with technical and cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with content pipeline, servicing, and engineering organizations
• Strong program management skills with ability to navigate product-adjacent environments
• Excellent executive communication, risk management, and dependency management skills

• Analytical background
• Experience launching into a new territory
• CPM experience
• Knowledge of content streaming ecosystems and launch fundamentals
• Strong soft skills, including stakeholder management and adaptability
