    Description

The Senior Product Manager, Pharmacy Care presents an exceptional opportunity for a strategic, Member-obsessed product leader to shape the future of Transcarent's Pharmacy Care solution line. This role requires a highly analytical, proactive individual with strong product instincts, healthcare industry expertise, and the ability to translate Member and client needs into a compelling product roadmap. This leader will define product strategy, prioritize the roadmap, and partner closely with Engineering, Design, Clinical, and Solutions teams to build pharmacy experiences that are simple, transparent, and effective. This role is critical in translating Transcarent's mission of transforming how people access and experience care into tangible product outcomes for Pharmacy Care Members.

    What you'll do

    • Own the product strategy and roadmap for key features and integrations within our Pharmacy Care portfolio, balancing Member experience, clinical outcomes, and business impact

    • Partner with Engineering, Design, Clinical, and Solutions teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and ship high-quality product releases

    • Collaborate with integration partners (PBMs, Pharmacies, and other third parties) to deliver shared outcomes and differentiated Member experience

    • Translate Member journey pain points (e.g., prescription transfers, benefit navigation) into clear product requirements and measurable success criteria

    • Use qualitative and quantitative data: Member feedback, usage analytics, funnel and conversion metrics, to identify opportunities and validate product decisions

    • Define and track key product metrics, reporting on performance and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership

    • Collaborate with Solutions and Client Success teams to understand client and plan sponsor needs and incorporate them into the product roadmap

    • Partner with Clinical teams to ensure product decisions reflect sound clinical judgment and improve health outcomes

    • Write clear product requirements, user stories, and specifications; lead sprint planning and backlog prioritization with Engineering

    • Stay current on the pharmacy and PBM landscape, including regulatory changes, competitive offerings, and emerging technology (including AI-enabled tools), to inform product direction

    What we're looking for

    • Bachelor's degree required; master's or higher in healthcare, public health, or business-related field preferred

    • Minimum of 5-7 years of product management experience, including experience in pharmacy, PBM, or healthcare solution delivery

    • Demonstrated experience owning a product roadmap end-to-end, from discovery through launch and measurement

    • Strong business acumen and comfort translating ambiguous Member/client problems into structured product solutions

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to work cross-functionally with Integration Partners, Engineering, Clinical, Design, and Solutions teams

    • Data-driven approach to decision-making, with comfort analyzing funnels, cohorts, and Member outcomes

    • Comfortable in fast-paced and evolving organizations with a willingness to be flexible and pivot when needed

    • Excellent at prioritization, scoping, and documentation

    • Familiarity with modern product tools and AI-assisted workflows is a plus
