    Key job responsibilities

    • Lead the end-to-end design process for complex user experiences, from strategy to execution
    • Demonstrated ability to transform complex challenges into structured, scalable design solutions through systematic thinking.
    • Delivers innovative ideas that simplify complex healthcare challenges into impactful solutions.
    • Create visually compelling, on-brand design solutions and works with product and tech partners to deliver
    • Conduct in-depth usability testing and leverage analytics to inform design decisions and measure the success of UX innovations.
    • Create comprehensive design artifacts including user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
    • Present and defend design recommendations to partners, stakeholders, and senior leadership for review, feedback, and approval.
    • Champion a user-centered design approach throughout the organization, advocating for user needs and elevating the overall quality of design.
    • Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous learning.
    • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system and UI library, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
    • Lead the strategic integration of AI-driven methodologies into the design process while architecting user-centric solutions for AI-native products and features.
