Compensation: $50 - $75/hr, depending on experience and qualifications
Our Client is a global professional services firm that provides engineering, design, construction, and consulting solutions across infrastructure, advanced manufacturing, energy, water, and government sectors
Key Responsibilities:- Lead design, layout, and routing of industrial plumbing systems
- Develop P&IDs, plans, sections, and construction details
- Perform design tasks across planning, concept, and detailed design
- Coordinate directly with clients, contractors, and internal disciplines
- Apply expert knowledge of plumbing systems and codes to ensure quality and accuracy
Required Qualifications:- High school diploma or GED
- 8+ years of AutoCAD design experience
- 4+ years of Revit design experience
- 5+ years of industrial plumbing design experience, including layout and routing
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. Plumbing Codes, specifically the International Plumbing Code (IPC) and Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC)
Preferred Qualifications & Competencies:- Experience in complex industrial environments such as semiconductor manufacturing, cleanrooms, data centers or other advanced manufacturing facilities
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
- Technical or Associate’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Advanced problem solving, planning, and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to independently execute design packages with minimal supervision
