Madden Industrial Craftsmen, a premier staffing agency, is seeking Journeyman Plumbers for a growing plumbing contractor in Phoenix, Arizona.

The Journeyman Plumber will perform plumbing installations, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting for residential and specialty projects. The ideal candidate is a skilled, dependable plumber who can work independently, diagnose plumbing issues, and consistently deliver high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing installations, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting

• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective, long-term solutions

• Install and service tank and tankless water heaters

• Install and repair water lines, drains, fixtures, and plumbing components

• Complete residential and specialty plumbing projects

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, plans, and job specifications

• Troubleshoot plumbing systems and complete repairs efficiently and accurately

• Ensure all work meets applicable Arizona plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards

• Inspect completed work for proper operation and quality

• Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites

• Properly use and maintain plumbing tools and equipment

• Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, supervisors, and team members

• Work independently while maintaining productivity and workmanship standards

• Follow company safety procedures and established work practices

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on plumbing experience

• Journeyman-level plumbing experience and technical knowledge

• Strong residential or service plumbing background

• Experience with water heaters, water lines, drains, fixtures, installations, and repairs

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and plumbing specifications

• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, tools, and installation practices

• Familiarity with applicable Arizona plumbing codes and safety requirements

• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage assigned projects

• Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation

• Ability to perform physical labor and lift plumbing equipment and materials

• Strong work ethic, reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail

• Good communication and customer-service skills
