Sr. PLM Program Manager & Onsite Coordinator

The Sr. PLM Program Manager & Onsite Coordinator is responsible for leading Windchill PLM programs and technical teams, managing customer requirements, resources, deployments, enhancements, and project delivery. The role combines PLM program management, Windchill solution architecture, customization, customer coordination, and team leadership.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.

• Overall experience of 10+ years in Windchill PLM and 1 or more years of experience, with emphasis as Windchill Technical Architect for various customers, project life-cycle management systems, product data management, and associated networking systems.
• Capable of managing a team of 25+ resources with different skill sets and guiding them with best practices, technical assistance, and mentoring them for functionality and features.
• Capable of interfacing with customers and coordinating requirements, status updates, enhancements, deployments, and go-live support.
• Experienced in conducting weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews and generating data for status reports for senior management review.
• Experience in resource planning and allocation.
• Technical liaison between customers and Client team.
• Support in creating proposals and SoWs, effort estimation, and creating project plans using MPP and flow diagrams using Visio.
• Experienced in Windchill 13.0/13.1, customizations of ACLs, Lifecycles, Workflows, InfoTasks, Webjects, OIRs, actions/action-models.
• Experienced in the use of Windchill PLM, PDMLink, and PTC's product suite.
• Knowledge and use of Java, JSP, JavaScript, J2EE, and XML for modification of Windchill.
• Experienced in developing solutions for Windchill applications and providing solutions to key issues and challenges.
• 3 or more years of experience in Windchill customization (version 10 and above).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of handling multiple activities, overseeing infrastructure design, system upgrades and customizations, workflow creation, and working with a team to develop solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology or Engineering/Computer Science, or 10 or more years of experience in lieu of a degree.
