### Key Responsibilities:
- Lead new construction and renovation projects, ensuring strategic alignment with client objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive design analysis, ensuring innovation and accuracy in methodologies and calculations.
- Collaborate on creating precise technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
- Implement quality assurance and control processes to uphold design integrity.
- Foster a collaborative spirit by mentoring junior engineering talent.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary project contributions to ensure cohesive integration.
- Involve yourself in the proposal process, supporting budget and schedule development.
- Maintain proactive client interactions to clarify project scope and requirements.
- Steer construction oversight activities, including site assessments, RFI management, and technical review of shop drawings.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory codes, standards, and best practices.

### Ideal Candidate Attributes:
- Passion for teamwork and delivering exceptional results in an on-site capacity.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
- 4 to 10+ years in mechanical systems, with experience in engineering service environments.
- Professional Engineering licensure in the U.S. (preference for local certification).
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility for security clearance.
