About the Role:
In this role, you will serve as a Senior Manager within our Marketing Analytics & Measurement team, acting as the strategic measurement lead for 1 to 3 large enterprise clients.
You are accountable for turning measurement into business outcomes.
You will lead the measurement strategy across Marketing Mix Modeling, incrementality testing, forecasting, and budget optimization, ensuring insights translate into confident marketing decisions and tangible performance improvements. You will serve as the primary measurement voice with senior client stakeholders, regularly presenting to VP and C-level leaders.
This is not a technical model-building role. Your responsibility is not to build models, but to ensure they drive decisions.
You will partner closely with the Director of Marketing Analytics & Measurement to chart the right path forward for each client, then lead execution with your team andOvativepartners. You will directly manage 1 to 2 team members,supportingtheir development whileensuringwork is high quality, efficient, and outcome oriented.

Responsibilities of a Sr. Manager, Marketing Analytics & Measurement:
Client Leadership and Business Impact
Serve as the primary measurement lead for 1 to 3 enterprise clients
Translate MMM, incrementality testing, and forecasting outputs into clear business recommendations
Lead executive presentations and strategic discussions with VP to C-level stakeholders
Identifywhat is working, what is not, and define the roadmap to improve marketing effectiveness
Ensure measurement outputs inform budget allocation, channel strategy, and growth decisions
Maintainstrong client relationships rooted in trust, clarity, and proactive leadership
Strategic Direction and Cross Functional Influence
Partner with Paid Media, Analytics, and Data Science teams to align on measurement strategy and execution
Influence cross functional stakeholders without formal authority to drive cohesive outcomes
Ensure work is focused on high value questions that materiallyimpactthe client’s business
Support new business conversations by shaping clear, differentiated measurement approaches
Team Leadership and Development
Directly manage and develop 1 to 2 team members
Provide clear direction, feedback, and coaching to support growth
Ensure deliverables are high quality,timely, and aligned to client priorities
Foster an environment where team members feel empowered and accountable
Requirements:
8 to 15 years of experience in marketing, marketing analytics, or marketing consulting roles with direct client responsibility
Experience working with large, complex organizations and multiple senior stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to translate complex marketing analytics into clear business recommendations
Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to VP and C-level leaders
Experience leading client relationships and owning outcomes, not just deliverables
Ability to influence cross functional teams without formal authority
Experience managing and developing direct reports
Comfortoperatingin ambiguity and defining structure where it does not exist
Action oriented mindset with a bias toward progress and decision making
Preferred:
ExperienceleveragingMarketing Mix Modeling, incrementality testing, or other marketing effectiveness frameworks to inform investment decisions
Experience using measurement outputs to guide budget allocation, forecasting, or strategic planning
Agency experience, particularly within performance marketing or full funnel marketing environments
Industry experience in telecom, retail, or other large scale consumer marketing organizations
Experience contributing to business development efforts or supporting new client growth
Pay Transparency:
At Ovative, we offer a transparent view into three core components of the total compensation package: Base Salary, Annual Bonus, and Benefits.
For our Sr. Manager positions, including the position of Sr. Manager, Marketing Analytics & Measurement, our compensation range is from $125,000 to $175,000 on an annualized basis, with the potential for an annual bonus of up to 25% of base salary.
