The Senior Manager of Learning Strategy (LSM) develops short- and long-term learning plans to enhance associate competence and confidence with a learner-centric approach.
They identify learner needs by analyzing job requirements, environment, and stakeholder input, then create effective, simple solutions.
The LSM collaborates with content, design, technology, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of learning initiatives.
They develop and validate learning plans for specific roles, influence stakeholders, and maintain strong relationships to secure buy-in.
This role reports to the Director of Learning, may have up to four direct reports, and involves minimal travel.
Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and strong competencies in collaboration, communication, strategic thinking, decision-making, and stakeholder management.
