As Sr Legal Operations Specialist, Legal Transformation, you will coordinate and support projects that improve how Honeywell''s Corporate Legal function operates. Your work will span legal process optimization, communications, financial operations, project governance, and global operating model initiatives. Representative projects include building legal project governance routines, improving legal team communications, supporting annual operating planning, and creating reusable tools for legal teams. You will manage project planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and delivery for Legal Transformation initiatives in partnership with Honeywell''s legal function.
You will report to the Senior Director of Legal Operations and work from Honeywell's Charlotte, NC or Phoenix, AZ office on a hybrid schedule. The role may require occasional coordination across global time zones and limited travel for project, team, or leadership meetings. You will partner with Legal leadership, HR, Communications, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to define project scope, manage execution, track risks, and communicate progress through completion. This role requires a project manager who can bring structure to initiatives, work effectively across functions, and support the execution of legal operations plans.
In this role, success means Legal Transformation initiatives have clear plans, visible accountability, timely decisions, and practical tools that help Honeywell's Legal function operate more effectively across global teams.
