Pay Range: $73.07 - $78.27/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects within the Integrated Supply Chain organization, ensuring they are delivered on time and according to quality standards.
• Define project scope, objectives, risks, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and communicate with project team members, stakeholders, and senior leadership to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates on project milestones, risks, and issues.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize project processes and implement best practices.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in supply chain project management, demonstrating a consistent record of success in leading and delivering complex projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to inspire and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Expert knowledge of supply chain processes, spanning procurement, planning, manufacturing, logistics, and customer fulfillment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Strong project management and leadership skills, with the capacity to envision and drive the future direction of supply chain initiatives.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems related to supply chain management.
