Summary: 

• Leads and manages end-to-end projects within the Integrated Supply Chain organization ensuring on-time delivery and quality standards.

• Defines project scope, objectives, risks, mitigation, and deliverables with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Coordinates project team members, stakeholders, and senior leadership for alignment and collaboration.

• Conducts regular project status meetings and provides updates on milestones, risks, and issues.

• Drives continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize project processes and implement best practices.

• Analyzes supply chain data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.

• Develops and maintains project plans, timelines, and budgets aligned with organizational goals.

• Applies expert knowledge of supply chain processes spanning procurement, planning, manufacturing, logistics, and customer fulfillment.

• Uses advanced project management methodologies and tools for continual improvement and efficiency.

• Applies project management and leadership skills to drive future direction of supply chain initiatives.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• 6+ years of experience in supply chain project management leading and delivering complex projects.

• Expert knowledge of supply chain processes spanning procurement, planning, manufacturing, logistics, and customer fulfillment.

• Experience defining project scope, objectives, risks, mitigation, and deliverables.

• Experience developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets.

• Experience analyzing supply chain data and metrics for trends, risks, and optimization.

• Experience leading projects within an Integrated Supply Chain organization.

• Experience conducting project status meetings and reporting milestones, risks, and issues.

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Typically requires 8+ years of related experience.
