Akkodis is seeking a Sr ISC Project Management Specialist for a Contract with a client in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate is responsible for leading complex aerospace supply chain projects, driving operational improvements, and ensuring successful execution of critical business initiatives.
Rate Range: $35/hour to $38/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Sr ISC Project Management Specialist Job Responsibilities include:
Lead and manage Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) projects, ensuring successful execution of objectives, timelines, deliverables, and business goals.
Create, maintain, and analyze Line of Balance (LOB) and Clear-To-Build reports to support production planning and supply chain readiness.
Utilize SAP and advanced Excel tools to analyze supply chain data, track project performance, and support operational decision-making.
Monitor project risks, identify operational challenges, and implement corrective actions to improve delivery, quality, and productivity.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations teams to drive project alignment and execution.
Develop project dashboards, performance metrics, and leadership reports while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain organization.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Project Management, Aerospace Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP, including supply chain analysis, project tracking, operational reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
Proven experience creating and managing Line of Balance (LOB) and Clear-To-Build reports, along with advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis) and cross-functional project leadership in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.

Pay Details: $35.00 to $38.00 per hour
