Job Description

Responsibilities:
Analyze workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.
Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for workforce insights.
Present data findings through clear, actionable reporting and storytelling.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality across HR reporting.
Partner with HR and business leaders to address workforce challenges and reporting needs.
Improve HR data systems and reporting processes while mentoring junior analysts.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Five (5) years of experience in an HR Data Analysis, Business Analysis, or a related position.
Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or a related field.
Strong ability to apply statistical models, forecasting techniques, and workforce analytics methodologies
Candidates must have a strong analytical mindset with expertise in project management and stakeholder management.
Must have strong HR knowledge and be comfortable with HR systems and data.
