As a Sr. HR Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting various functions of the Human Resources department including (but not limited to) talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits, employee leave, training and administration of company policies. The ideal candidate is hands-on, systems-savvy, culturally agile, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global environment. This role is hybrid, based in Irvine CA.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate recruiting efforts, including coordinating interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experience
Support offer process including compensation discussions, approvals, and onboarding of candidates.
Partner with payroll and benefits providers to support accurate payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee issue resolution
Process and track HR requests including employee status changes, org changes, compensation updates, and approvals
Support compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations
Support HR reporting, metrics, and data analysis for leadership as requested
Promote positive employee relations and assist in offboarding process
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency across HR workflows
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
4+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations, Recruiting or equivalent roles
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Strong working knowledge of HRIS platforms, ATS systems, and HR operations workflows
Hands-on experience supporting benefits, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, and recruiting
Solid understanding of employment laws and HR compliance
Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail with a strong service-oriented mindset
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

The salary range is required by the California Pay Transparency Act and may differ depending on the location of those candidates hired nationwide.
