  • Translate market, customer, competitive, and performance insights into priority audiences, customer needs, buying barriers, desired behaviors, and actionable marketing strategies.
  • Partner with Product Management, Application Engineering, and other marketing teams to develop differentiated positioning and the evidence needed to build customer confidence and overcome adoption barriers.
  • Define the marketing approach required to achieve business objectives, including where to expand reach, progress demand, enable Commercial conversion, and drive adoption.
  • Partner with Marketing Centers of Excellence to activate GTM strategies across content, digital, marketing automation, events, channels, and measurement.
  • Engage Regional Market Development and Commercial teams early to incorporate regional requirements, enable sellers, and ensure effective market execution and customer follow-up.
  • Apply AI and performance insights to accelerate planning, content development, optimization, and decision-making while maintaining scientific accuracy, quality standards, and appropriate human judgment.
  • Manage marketing investments within established budget, planning, and governance requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Preferred Fields of Study: Life Sciences (Biology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry) or Marketing/Business
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from market data and campaign metrics
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data
  • Results-oriented with track record of meeting objectives
  • Excellence in project management and ability to lead complex marketing projects in a matrix environment
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across global teams

  • Experience developing effective content and messaging across digital and traditional channels
