    About the Role:

    Are you a driven leader with a passion for facilities management and a knack for building impactful teams? CBRE is seeking a dynamic FM Engineering Operations Manager in Lebanon, OH to oversee a team, drive operational efficiency, and mentor staff. You'll be instrumental in shaping the department's success, leading key initiatives, and ensuring a smooth workflow while impacting the bottom line.     What You'll Do:

    • Provide formal supervision to employees. Supervise the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and mentor. Lead all aspects of the recruiting and hiring of new employees.

    • Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.

    • Maintain relationships with clients, partners, and other collaborators.

    • Manage the profits and losses of the department or a specific division.

    • Develop goals and initiatives to advise the department's course.

    • Guide managers in implementing company initiatives and policies.

    • Evaluate company processes and procedures to solve issues within them.

    • Ensure business operations are implemented based on established procedures.

    • Keep track of regulatory records and paperwork.

    • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.

    • Apply knowledge of own subject area and how own field integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.

    • Identify, fix, and resolve day-to-day and moderately sophisticated issues that may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.

    What You'll Need:

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

    • Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and performance and retention preferred.

    • Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and balance problems.

    • Leadership skills to empower team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job subject area and department.

    • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

    • Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mentality.

    • Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial related calculations
