Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
- MBA or CPA preferred
- Combination of education, training, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- 3-5 years of relevant financial analysis experience, preferably in a project- or service-based environment
Licenses & Certifications
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - preferred
Skills & Abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
- Strong experience with financial systems (e.g., Oracle, Tableau, Salesforce, Clarity PPM, Power BI)
- Deep understanding of financial processes, forecasting techniques, and cost control methodologies
- Strong grasp of the contract (SOW) lifecycle and ability to analyze financial impact of scope changes
- Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
