Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a Sr. Facets Workflow Consultant / Lead - Healthcare Payer Systems for their Remote location.

Responsibilities:

• As a Lead Product Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving product excellence within our organization.
• With a focus on Facets - Plan Product, Membership, and Group, you will leverage your extensive experience to enhance product offerings and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Your contributions will directly impact our company's growth and societal well-being.
• The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of health plan business processes, Facets functionality and configuration, and end-to-end operations workflows.
• This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholder, technology teams, configuration teams and system integration teams to ensure that the business requirements are translated into scalable, efficient, and integrated Facets solution.

• Workflow functionality experience
• Lead and Facilitate Client Meetings
• This role requires strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify workflow gaps, resolve cross-functional dependencies, minimize configuration defects, and drive successful implementation outcomes.
• Experienced Facets Workflow Subject Matter Expert at the Senior or Manager level to lead workflow analysis, solution design, and implementation activities for healthcare payer administration systems using the Facets platform.
• Years of Experience: 14.00 Years of Experience
