Job Overview:
Pay Range: $59.46hr - $64.46hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 5-10 years of experience in Systems Engineering.
- Experience configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Dynatrace monitoring solutions for end-to-end visibility across hybrid infrastructure (Windows/Linux servers) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Proven ability to develop and maintain custom Dynatrace dashboards, health checks, and alerting thresholds.
- Experience tuning alerts to reduce false positives and noise.
- Hands-on experience utilizing Dynatrace for Application Performance Monitoring (APM) to monitor application performance and transaction flows.
- Familiarity with PurePath technology for distributed tracing and code-level visibility.
- Experience configuring and supporting Dynatrace Synthetic monitoring and Real User Monitoring (RUM).
- Ability to use Dynatrace to proactively identify potential system or application performance issues before they impact production.
- Ability to provide monitoring insights during incident troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
