    The Sr. Compensation Analyst role is responsible for designing, analyzing, and maintaining compensation programs that support organizational objectives and ensure market competitiveness. This position
    provides strategic insights, partners with stakeholders, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards while enabling efficient processes and data-driven decision-making.
    Major Responsibilities and Tasks
    Design and Administer Compensation Programs
    " Develop and maintain salary structures, incentive plans, and job evaluation frameworks aligned with organizational goals.
    " Conduct market pricing and benchmarking analyses to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
    " Support annual compensation cycles, including merit increases, bonus programs, and salary planning.
    " Ensure compliance with compensation-related regulations and internal policies.
    " Collaborate with HRIS and other teams to maintain and improve systems supporting compensation administration.
    Provide Strategic Compensation Consulting
    " Advise HR and business leaders on compensation decisions for new hires, promotions, and internal equity.
    " Analyze compensation data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
    " Prepare and present recommendations and insights to leadership.
    " Support workforce planning and organizational design initiatives with compensation expertise.
    " Develop and deliver training and resources on compensation practices.
    Manage Position Control and Budget Alignment
    " Maintain position control systems to ensure accurate tracking of headcount and organizational structure.
    " Partner with Finance and HR to align compensation budgets with workforce plans and forecasts.
    " Monitor position changes for compliance with approved budgets and guidelines.
    " Provide reporting and analytics on position management and budget utilization.
    Major Responsibilities and Tasks
    " Participate in process improvements related to position control and compensation planning.
