The Sr Commercial Real Estate Analyst provides research and analysis support for the Denver market, creating reports and collaborating on business development efforts.
Responsibilities include researching property data, market trends, and transactions; presenting findings; and mentoring junior analysts.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years of CRE or related experience, strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and organizational abilities.
This role offers a salary range of $80,000–$90,000, plus benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), and bonuses.
