Key Responsibilities for the Sr. Client Accounts Specialist:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts and drive timely resolution of outstanding receivables
- Develop collection strategies and payment solutions for complex and high-value accounts
- Partner with attorneys, billing teams, and clients to resolve invoice disputes and payment issues
- Analyze account history, payment trends, and credit risk to recommend proactive actions
- Lead communications regarding escalated accounts and document resolutions effectively
- Research and resolve payment application discrepancies to ensure account accuracy
Qualifications for the Sr. Client Accounts Specialist:
- 7+ years of B2B credit management and commercial collections experience
- Advanced experience with credit analysis, collections strategy, and accounts receivable management
- Strong proficiency with Excel and experience utilizing Aderant, ARCS, or similar financial systems
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
