Sr. Business Systems Analyst (Hybrid)

We're hiring a Sr Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Columbia, SC. This role offers a hybrid schedule, with onsite work required Tuesday through Thursday.

Work Authorization: U.S. citizens and Green Card holders only. Sponsorship is not available for this role; no C2C or third-party candidates. Candidates must be able to work on our W2.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 6 years of IT business analysis experience
• Agile Product Owner or Agile Business Analyst experience
• Experience with:
  • Cloud-hosted applications
  • Medicare 
  • Jira/Confluence
  • TestRail/ALM
• Nice To Have: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions
• Understanding of DevOps practices and helps in managing cloud-based analytics pipelines and deployments
• Experience with version control, automated testing, and deployment of workflows

Key Responsibilities:

• Work within Agile teams, participate in daily stand-ups and use tools like Jira and Confluence to track progress, document user stories, and collaborate with developers, testers, and business stakeholders
• Contribute to team presentations, where strong communication skills are essential for explaining technical concepts in a clear, business-oriented manner
• Take ownership of tasks, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the delivery of scalable, cloud-based analytics solutions
• Help define customer needs in a technical context, ensuring that the proposed cloud technical solutions meet the customer's objectives

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other job-related field or 4 years of job-related work experience; OR
• 2 years of job related experience plus an Associate degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or other job-related degree

The hourly rate for this position is $45.46.
