We're looking for a strategic and commercially driven Sr Business Development Manager to lead growth across Walmart and Sam's Club for our Asian portfolio, including Asian Frozen, Asian Shelf Stable, Kimchi, and Marketplace. This high-impact role will shape customer strategy, strengthen key partnerships, and drive sustainable sales, share, and profit growth. With significant ownership of the Kimchi and Marketplace businesses, you'll identify new opportunities, develop growth strategies, and partner cross-functionally to turn insights into measurable results.

What You Will Do:

• Develop and execute strategies that drive sales, distribution, share, and profitability across key Walmart and Sam's Club businesses.
• Own customer strategy and growth plans for the Kimchi and Marketplace businesses, identifying opportunities to expand the business and strengthen customer partnerships.
• Lead customer planning, business reviews, presentations, and strategic selling initiatives.
• Translate market, shopper, category, and business insights into clear growth opportunities and customer recommendations.
• Partner cross-functionally to bring new products and growth initiatives to market and deliver strong execution.
• Guide business planning, forecasting, pricing, promotion, and investment decisions to maximize financial performance.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal partners while influencing teams to deliver shared business objectives.
• Help develop talent and contribute to building the next generation of customer business leaders.

What We Look For:

• Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred, with 8+ years of progressive experience in CPG or related commercial leadership roles.
• Proven track record of driving revenue, profit, and share growth across strategic customers or business portfolios.
• Demonstrated experience building and leading strategic retail customer relationships, with Walmart and/or Sam's Club experience highly valued.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience translating customer insights and analytics into growth strategies across pricing, promotion, negotiations, and customer planning.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships and lead cross-functional teams through complex business challenges.

What We Offer:

The base salary range for this position is $107,000 to $178,000 annually, with eligibility for a 25% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance. The range reflects factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location, and starting salary may fall anywhere within the stated range.
