Overall Job Summary
This role supports the Company's tax credits, incentives, and operational tax planning initiatives across federal, state, and local jurisdictions. The role partners closely with Finance, Real Estate, Payroll, Supply Chain, HR, and operational business teams to identify, evaluate, document, and support tax credit and incentive opportunities that align with the Company's strategic growth objectives.
Responsibilities include administration of tax credit and incentive programs, support for property tax abatements and economic development agreements, tax compliance and reporting activities, operational analysis, and participation in process improvement and automation initiatives. This role also supports ongoing monitoring of legislative developments and assists with identifying opportunities to optimize tax savings and operational efficiency.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)
Required Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of related tax, accounting, finance, or operational analysis experience required. Experience supporting tax credits, incentives, property tax, economic development programs, or multi-location retail operations preferred.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
Professional Certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
