Roles and Responsibilities

Barrows is seeking a highly organized, strategic, and relationship driven Sr. Account Director to lead client partnerships and oversee the delivery of integrated retail and commerce programs across multiple brands and categories. This role is pivotal in driving integrated marketing strategies that leverage commerce insights to enhance brand presence and performance in the digital and physical retail landscapes.

In addition to bringing a killer attitude and energy, this individual must be able to:

• Lead development of business strategy for client portfolio and deliver profitable growth
• Work with clients to understand core business needs and present creative solutions to identify new business opportunities
• Lead internal team of Client Partnership Directors/Managers
• Set expectations and deliver feedback
• Motivate, inspire, and drive culture both within team and across business
• Monitor project performance against clients' objectives, making recommendations to optimize as necessary
• Assist Client Partnerships and Design teams in identifying issues and solutions and drawing core ideas through to execution
• Negotiate and price key client contracts, deliverables, and scope of work
• Communicate with clients and internal team on project statuses, as well as scope and timeline changes, in order to set proper client expectations
• Leverage strong strategic skillset to integrate Barrows' service offerings with the clients' goals for growth
• Deliver ad hoc reports and analysis internally to stakeholders

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in a marketing agency, retailer, or digital company
• Experience with brand and trade activations
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Commercial scoping and forecasting
• Entrepreneurial mindset with hunger for growth
• Excited about working in a startup environment with an all-hands-on-deck mindset
• Friendly and dynamic disposition with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to be decisive and true in conviction; driven and logical thinker
• Ability to lead by example and perform well under pressure
• Computer literate, administratively strong, attention to detail, accountable
• Proven track record of building revenue in a retail marketing environment
• CPG experience preferred
• Ability to work in the office 3-4 days a week.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this role is $140,000 - $185,000

• exact compensation will be determined based on individual experience
