SQL Server / SSIS Developer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and supporting enterprise ETL solutions, database development, automation, and system integration while ensuring high performance, security, and data integrity. We are seeking an experienced SQL Server / SSIS Developer with strong expertise in SSIS, T-SQL, PowerShell scripting, and Active Directory integration.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SQL Server / SSIS Developer with strong expertise in SSIS, T-SQL, PowerShell scripting, and Active Directory integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and supporting enterprise ETL solutions, database development, automation, and system integration while ensuring high performance, security, and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain SSIS packages for enterprise ETL and data integration processes.
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, file transfers, database administration, and user provisioning.
• Integrate applications and data workflows with Active Directory (AD) for authentication, authorization, and access management.
• Monitor and optimize SQL Server performance, including query tuning and job optimization.
• Troubleshoot issues related to SSIS packages, SQL Server jobs, and automation processes.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, and data quality standards.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Support deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of database and ETL environments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in SQL Server Development and SSIS.
• Strong expertise in T-SQL, query optimization, stored procedures, functions, and views.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Strong PowerShell scripting experience for automation and administration tasks.
• Experience with Active Directory, LDAP queries, and user/group management.
• Knowledge of ETL design, job scheduling, monitoring, and error handling best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SSRS and enterprise reporting solutions.
• Active Directory automation and access provisioning experience.
• Exposure to Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with enterprise data integration and workflow automation.

Nice to Have

• API integration experience.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and cloud-based database solutions.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise data environments.
