General Function
Reporting to the Communications Manager, the Sponsor Benefit Coordinator is responsible for sponsorship related activities across the Constituent Relationship Team (Fund Development, Communications, and Volunteer Services). With inter-departmental roles and responsibilities, this person will manage and fulfill sponsor benefits, coordinate all internal stakeholders, improve processes, and strengthen relationships.

Essential Functions:
  1. Ensure all sponsor benefits are met including but not limited to signage, social media, photography, acknowledgements, and invitations.
  2. Collaborate with Volunteer Services to facilitate volunteer work days for sponsors.
  3. Schedule monthly cross-departmental Match Team Meeting.
  4. Maintain stewardship schedules, records, and reports of house sponsors.
  5. Schedule and support kick-off and debrief meetings for sponsored house builds.
  6. Monitor and ensure relationship touch points are being met.
  7. Prepare and send e-newsletter updates to sponsors 6x/year.
  8. Perform other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or administrative role.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Some experience with design programs (like InDesign or Canva) is required.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram, with experience with Meta Business Suite preferred.
  • Experience with a CMS (constituent management system) helpful but not required.
  • Basic graphic design skills and understanding of brand guidelines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment and with diverse constituents.
  • Enjoyment in creating relationships with a diverse group of constituents and maintaining them to a high standard of excellence.

Work Environment & Physical Demands
  • Full-time, 32-40 hour work week
  • Hybrid working environment a possibility after onboarding is complete
  • Operates primarily in a professional office environment and routinely requires operating standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers
  • Occasionally works in outside conditions that can include inclement weather, heat and humidity, high noise levels and navigating rough terrain
  • Must be able to travel to meetings and events and between AAHH’s offices and jobsites
  • Evening and/or weekend working hours required on occasion
