Across our industry, many high-paying positions come at a hidden cost: burnout. Large workloads, nonstop emotional output, after-hours responsibilities, and limited support have become normalized in many settings and research continues to show how deeply these conditions impact clinician retention, mental wellbeing, and long-term sustainability within our field.
We’ve intentionally chosen a different model.
Rather than maximizing utilization at the expense of our clinicians, we prioritize manageable workloads, meaningful clinical support, mentorship, work-life balance, and career longevity. We believe supported clinicians become stronger clinicians and that healthier clinicians create stronger relationships with schools, families, and students.
Our goal is to build a practice where SLPs can grow, feel supported, and connected, and remain in our industry for the long term without sacrificing their wellbeing in the process.
