Job Duties:- Evaluate patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide speech and language therapy sessions
- Help improve communication, pronunciation, and comprehension
- Treat swallowing and feeding difficulties
- Teach alternative communication methods (e.g., devices, gestures)
- Educate patients and families
- Document patient progress and update records
- Collaborate with healthcare or school teams
- Adjust therapy plans based on patient needs
Minimum Qualifications - Current, valid, and unrestricted NY license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Speech Language Pathologist .
- Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
- Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., . BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements ).
