    JOB TITLE: SPECIALIST ONLINE CURRICULUM MANAGEMENT PAY GRADE: PRF 4 DUTY DAYS: 226 FLSA STATUS: EXEMPT DATE REVISED: 11/14/2025 HC FUNDING SOURCE: THIS POSITION IS PARTIALLY OR FULLY FUNDED THROUGH LOCAL AND/OR GRANT SOURCES. CONTINUED EMPLOYMENT IN GRANT-FUNDED POSITIONS IS CONTINGENT UPON AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field from an accredited college or university is required. A Master's degree is preferred. A valid Texas teaching certificate and three (3) years of classroom teaching experience is preferred. SKILL REQUIREMENTS: This position requires the incumbent to be knowledgeable in instruction and curriculum. Incumbent should have experience in Urban Schools with diverse student populations. Incumbent must have experience in professional development in technology integration. Incumbent must have excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to guide and lead other professionals, and work cooperatively with others.     Supports

    teachers

    and

    campuses

    implementing

    District

    developed

    online

    programs.

    Ensures

    compliance

    with

    federal,

    state,

    local

    and

    District

    policies,

    rules,

    and

    regulations.

    Disseminates

    information

    on

    current

    trends

    and

    research

    in

    technology

    and

    urban

    education.

    Encourages

    teacher

    participation

    in

    workshops

    and

    conferences.

    Correlates

    newly

    adopted

    materials

    to

    the

    District

    curriculum.

    Provides

    in-service

    training

    to

    teachers

    using

    District

    developed

    online

    resources.

    Provide

    an

    exceptional

    customer

    experience

    for

    all

    AISD

    stakeholders

    with

    intentional

    and

    professional practices
