To provide SME level support for all Inventory Management Systems and interfaces; as well as reporting and ad hoc Analysis as requested by the Inventory Management Leadership to support the Global Inventory Management Teams' Systems.

  • Responsible for the setup, maintenance, and systems support of all Inventory Management systems including VOICE PMS, Clarity PMS, OnQ R&I, OnQ PMS, and all Inventory & Reservations interfaces.

  • Assists the Sr. Inventory Systems Specialist and Leadership to manage the system Inventory Access for all Inventory Stakeholders and their guests'

  • Assists Sr. Inventory Systems Specialist with system inventory release rules and Function codes to improve the overall health of the Inventory and optimize Club Member usage opportunities.

  • Support all Resort and Inventory Stakeholder inventory challenges, marketing, rental, club, owner, affiliate partners and resort teams.

  • Facilitates the configuration updates required to complete the requests and projects received by Inventory Systems based on Managements direction and department policies and SLA.

  • Assist with annual inventory processes including but not limited to set up and maintenance of club points cost table, club and owner fixed week auto-blocking, club open season rates, annual resort maintenance & refurbishment schedule uploads

  • Support all VOICE and Clarity systematic inventory processes related to both PMS or CMS environments including: all HGV, and automated check-in properties; new resort set up and maintenance, lock-off relationship management, partial segment release rules, auto-confirm waitlist rules, RCI interface translations, ELITE upgrade mapping, CMS to PCM cross-references, club points cost tables, event week dates, Scotland changeover dates, club open season rates, NRAT rates, generic type codes.

  • Partner with VOICE/Clarity programmers and BI/IT teams to create system/reporting innovations and enhancements to support club current and new programs, offerings and rules, support resort front desk processes and to continuously improve inventory processes and performance

  • Support VOICE security access for department res-type controls, availability views, room assignment function and after-hours OOS process

  • Support ADA inventory data including attribute assignment for units and lock-offs, property, and unit descriptions. Partner with Brand Services and Architecture & Development teams to complete biannual resort survey updates to ensure compliance with DOJ decree.

  • Assist department management in the refinement and creation of utilization reporting and analysis.

  • Assist department management as requested with the review and quality assurance of the Specialists work product.

  • Document and update procedures for all assigned tasks

  • Perform special projects or other ad hoc requests by leadership as needed.
