    Minimum Qualifications

    Bachelors degree. Four years of administrative experience, to include supervisory experience, is required. Additional administrative experience, to include supervisory experience, may substitute for the required college education on a year-for-year basis.

The role also requires extensive coordination with internal and external stakeholders, as well as the preparation of clear and comprehensive project updates, analyses, and recommendations for executive management.

    Preferences

    • Experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, stakeholder coordination, consultant and vendor oversight, risk identification, and performance monitoring is highly preferred.
    • Demonstrated leadership, strong organizational abilities, effective problem‑solving skills, and an excellent ability to communicate effectively are highly desirable.
