The Special Education Job Coach provides additional adult assistance in supporting students with disabilities during school- and community-based work experiences as outlined in the transition plans of students'' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Job Coaches provide direct supervision, job-specific instruction, and ongoing support to help students develop vocational, employment, independent living, and workplace readiness skills. Responsibilities include assisting students with learning and maintaining job tasks, promoting appropriate workplace behaviors, facilitating communication between students and worksite supervisors, ensuring student safety, monitoring progress toward IEP transition goals, documenting student performance, and providing feedback to teachers and transition staff.

This is a Temporary Employment Agreement not to exceed 29 hours per week. This agreement will not extend pass June 4,2027.
