Overview
Lead the Port Charlotte, FL sales team in maximizing revenue from treatments, service packages, and skincare products. Focus on achieving targets while motivating and coaching the in-spa team.
Primary Responsibilities
Supervise and support the sales team to consistently reach daily sales goals
Apply upselling strategies to boost treatment and package sales
Monitor net daily sales and identify improvement opportunities
Maintain high team engagement and morale
Candidate Profile
Proven sales experience (any industry)
Energetic, results-oriented, and self-motivated
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills

Base pay: P3,000/month guaranteed
Commission opportunities available; discussed during interview
W9/1099 – responsible for own taxes; W2 may be offered upon performance
